arrogant approach basic breakfast

the swimming pool was beautiful. the spa has to be seen to be believed.

The breakfast was basic. the coffee was not good. It just about covered all choices. some of the reception staff had an arrogant approach and were rude. i could not wait to go home.

Good stay but some issues

The hotel did have a very quiet location. I liked the short walk through the park to get to the top of the Spanish Steps. The park is amazing because it feels like you are back in time. All the ruins and statues without heads were amazing.

The room I booked was a little small. It lacked basic things that most hotels usually include. There were no tissues at all in the room and there was no dental kit. The service was alright, but it wasn't at a luxury level.

Really good Stay with Royal Treatment!

The front desk staff were amazing and always ready to help. The doormen assisted with taxis. Breakfast had great quality. I really liked the pool area, so excellent, with great service. The park adjacent to the hotel provided very quiet surroundings and convenient access to the city center. The hotel location made it easy to enjoy both tranquility and attractions.

The minibar pricing seemed a little high for a hotel of this class.

My room had spacious accommodations. There was excellent cleanliness, alongside useful amenities, provided everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The provided balcony, offered a very nice view, with comfortable mattresses for rest.
